Welfare provision

The 1,200 people who work with us are what gives us our strength, and we know that sustainable development is only possible if Pixartprinting's growth goes hand in hand with that of its employees. Pixartprinting's welfare system includes financial and social initiatives that seek to improve the quality of life and spending power of its workers.

Two of the initiatives we are most proud of are Project Daddy and Project Mummy, which support parenthood with a range of benefits designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. Since 2022, our Emergency Time Bank has allowed our employees to donate hours of their working time for colleagues to draw on if they experience issues.
